Contract Details: - Subscription automatically renews unless canceled. - Yearly inspection must be scheduled in advance; time slots are subject to availability. Exclusions: - Repairs or replacement of damaged equipment not covered under the inspection. Damage from extreme weather or accidents is not covered. Cancellation Policy: - You can cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fee, but any prepaid amount is non-refundable. Eligibility for Services: - Customers become eligible to receive the included full system inspection only after completing 12 monthly payments or making a single annual payment in full. - Customers must request service within 365 days of becoming eligible for such service. Service is otherwise forfeited. - Customers must have devices connected to internet in order to receive proactive monitoring. Prepayment Option: - If you wish to receive your inspection service sooner, you may prepay the remaining balance of your 12-month term to accelerate eligibility. Proactive monitoring requires your solar system's monitoring device to maintain a continuous internet connection, as solarOS can only detect and alert on issues while your device is transmitting data. You are responsible for maintaining this connection and for reconnecting your device if it goes offline for any reason (e.g., internet outages, router replacements, or Wi-Fi password changes). While your device is disconnected, proactive monitoring will be unavailable, and solarOS makes no warranty regarding faults or performance losses occurring during that period.
